Beta Program Terms of Use

Last updated: September 21, 2026

Please read these terms before using CaseChorus. By checking “I agree,” creating an account, or using the product, you accept these terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the firm or organization you represent.

CaseChorus, Inc. is referred to as “CaseChorus,” “we,” or “us.” You are referred to as “you” or “User.”

1. This Is a Beta.

CaseChorus is currently in a limited, invitation-only beta / pilot program. That means:

This is an opportunity to explore an innovative product that may give your team an edge, but if you are not comfortable using software in this state, please do not use CaseChorus.

2. Who Can Use CaseChorus

You may use CaseChorus only if:

If you are using CaseChorus on behalf of a firm or company, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms, and “you” in this agreement includes that organization.

3. Not Legal Advice. Verify Everything.

CaseChorus uses artificial intelligence to simulate juror reactions and generate work product such as discovery requests, deposition questions, voir dire themes, and settlement analysis. AI-generated output can be wrong, incomplete, biased, or misleading.

You use CaseChorus, and any output it generates, entirely at your own risk and professional discretion.

4. Your Data

You may upload case materials, including complaints, records, evidence, and other information that may be confidential, privileged, or contain personal information about third parties (including clients, witnesses, or opposing parties). Here’s how we handle it:

5. Fees

CaseChorus is currently free to use during the beta program.

We may begin charging for CaseChorus or specific features in the future. If we do, we will give you notice before any charges apply to you, and your continued use after that point will require a separate paid agreement. Nothing in these terms obligates you to pay, and nothing in these terms locks in current or future pricing.

6. Feedback

If you give us feedback, suggestions, or ideas about CaseChorus, you agree that we own that feedback outright and may use it for any purpose, including improving or building products, without any obligation, credit, or compensation to you.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

8. No Warranties

9. Limitation of Liability

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CaseChorus from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from: (a) your use of CaseChorus in violation of these terms; (b) Your Data or your use of any output in violation of a third party’s rights or applicable law; or (c) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

11. Term and Termination

These terms apply for as long as you use CaseChorus. Either you or CaseChorus may terminate access to the product at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your right to use CaseChorus ends immediately. Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 3, 4, 6, 8, 9, 10, and 13) will survive.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time, especially as the product evolves out of beta. We will post the updated terms and update the “Last updated” date above. If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you (such as by email or an in-product notice). Continued use of CaseChorus after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of CaseChorus will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

14. General

CaseChorus, Inc. is a Delaware corporation.
